This is such a fun piece to add to your everyday look. This threadless top piece that has an interesting dagger going through a heart. The entire design is accented with 1mm shiny ruby red cz gems. Including a fun red teardrop cz gem. Fits all threadless posts. Made from 14kt nickel-free gold with a 316LVM ASTM F-138 stainless steel pin. Length is approximately 5mm. Teardrop gem measures about 3mm x 4mm. Total design measures about (sword to teardrop): 22mm x 5.5mm. Sold individually (1pc, top only).
