The 12 gauge threadless labret barbell is made from high polish implant grade titanium (ASTM F136 6AI-4V ELI) by NeoMetal Body Jewelry. All disc ends are fixed and cannot be removed from the barbell. All NeoMetal parts are hand polished to a mirror finish. Choose your barbell length below.

You’ll receive only the barbell. NeoMetal ends are sold separately. These might not be compatible with threadless parts from a different maker.
